You will be responsible for
- Organization of transport for domestic, intercompany and export clients
- Planning transport based of requested customer volume, Intercompany inbound transport.
- Daily communications with transport forwarders in order to secure requested volume and service level, building relationship with preferred transport companies
- Preparing and evidence of transport orders via TRANSPOREON system.
- Daily communications with Customer Service and MSP departments regarding requested delivery volume.
- Daily communications with warehouses regarding loadings / unloading’s timeslot in PPF warehouses
- Evidence of transport lines, invoices, price list.
- Invoice approval based of agreed price list

On time arrival
On time delivery

Daily volume
Cost spent
Feedbacks from unloading’s places
FTL ratio
- Participation in negotiations with transport forwarders in case of capacity, price list and cooperation.
- Focus on optimization transports costs, deliveries/lines, systems. Focus on truck utilization and full truck loads for deliveries in PPF customers.
- Focus on synergies and milk-run deliveries to PPF customers and between PPF entities.
- Minimize environmental footprint (CO2 emissions)
- Participate in optimization projects (software, process, etc.)

You are the right fit, if you have
- High Degree in Logistics Area
- Min. 1-2 years of experience in transport planning for Netherland/Benelux market
- Advanced level of English oral and written
- Confident Excel skills
- Great communication skills and teamwork
- Accurate and attention to details
