You will be responsible for
- Full processing of customer orders, modifications upon customer request
- Data provision for customs clearance and veterinary licence.
- Responds to requests from customers about volume, product, logistics and QA information.
- Provides information (by telephone or e-mail) to customers about the company and products on the basis of existing information booklets; passes on more complex questions to specialists and keeps sales people informed.
- Supports the sales manager and acts as point of contact for customers so that customers are provided with appropriate services.
- Collaboration with sales management regarding customer related tasks, changes.
- Fully sales support to achieve volume targets and service level KPI.
- Ensures that information in the customer files is up to date (Customer master data setups and SKU tracking changes in PPF ERP system).
- Monitors the order handling on the basis of planning overviews, forwarding data etc., flags up departures.
- Inventory control, short expire date products handling.
- Handling of SKU changes, new launches, discontinuation.
- Monitors the handling of complaints (share point claim handling), draws the attention of internal departments to stagnation, and keeps customers informed about progress.
- Ensure to address complaints and resolve problems.
- Daily contact with PPF departments (finance, MSP, MPP, sales team, forwarding, master data, warehouse, PDM, other PPF entities) and external partners (customer clearance office, VET doctor).
- Fulfil ad hoc task/reports required by Customer Service Team Lead.
You are the right fit, if you have
- Higher education or University degree
- 2-4 years’ experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain
- Advanced English knowledge
- Advanced Hungarian knowledge
- Experience in customer relations
- User level Excel knowledge
