Inspiring stories from our people

Believe in People: an interview with Federico Volpe, Procurement Manager Italy

What is your approach to leading your procurement team?

People count. My team and I work for a great company, and PPF’s approach to managing its people is impressive. I have found it more effective to relate to my team less as a group and more as individuals. Each one has a unique approach to their work and to solving problems. It would be counterproductive to see it otherwise.

“I believe in creating space for each team member to be visible”: an interview with Willeke Stroucken, Can Product Development Manager

Which of PPF’s values are most important to you?

The company’s commitment to the well-being of its employees is impressive. For me, this commitment extends into the quality and health of the products PPF produces. I have always loved what I do and my pets are my standard. It is all interconnected. We make an incredible range of products, each safe and healthy. No pet owner should ever have to worry about this!
