You will be responsible for
- The SSC AP team organization development by centralizing, standardizing and setting up KPI’s
- Drive the transition of all AP process activities
- Monitoring the usage of the AP system in group level
- Collaborating with other departments like Finance, Procurement,
- People Management of the team (6 FTE but it will grow) – performance
evaluation, mentoring, coaching, training, developing - Lead cost-effectiveness initiatives by process effectiveness and productivity
- Controlling AP operation based on the policies and internal requirements
- Running verification of the Vendors’ Master data
- Continuous Stakeholder management
- Ensure the communication flow
- Be in contact with 3rd parties like suppliers or Authorities
You are the right fit, if you have
- Bachelor's degree or higher vocational education
- 10+ years experience in SSC AP, 5 years in management area
- Experience in managing Process Centralization and standardization initiative
- Project management skill
- Be insistent, decisive, and able to multi-tasking
- Able to work in a multinational environment
- Outstanding communication and people management skills
- Proven ability to work with ERP and AP automatization system
- Fluent English and Hungarian are a must
