As an E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our company's online sales and presence. Your primary goal will be to enhance the customer experience, increase online sales.
You will be responsible for
- Account Management – Develop and manage relationships with key e-commerce retailers, marketplaces, and direct-to-consumer (DTC) partners to drive sales growth.
- Sales & Revenue Growth – Achieve sales targets by optimizing listings, pricing, and promotional strategies across online channels.
- E-commerce Strategy Development – Create and implement a tailored e-commerce strategy for both private label and branded pet food products.
- Digital Shelf Optimization – Ensure best-in-class product content, including descriptions, images, SEO, and customer reviews, to enhance conversion rates.
- Performance Analysis – Monitor e-commerce KPIs (sales, traffic, conversion rates, ROAS, etc.), generating insights and action plans to maximize performance.
- Promotions & Campaigns – Plan and execute digital marketing and promotional activities in collaboration with internal teams and retail partners.
- Inventory & Supply Coordination – Work closely with supply chain teams to ensure proper stock levels and minimize out-of-stock risks.
- Market & Competitor Insights – Track market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to adapt and refine e-commerce strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration – Work with brand marketing, category management, and logistics teams to align e-commerce growth with overall business objectives.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement – Stay ahead of e-commerce trends, testing new approaches (e.g., subscription models, D2C opportunities, influencer partnerships) to drive future growth.

You are the right fit, if you have
- Higher education, ideally in commerce or marketing.
- Minimum 7-10 years sales/marketing and 3 years in commerce
- Strong E-commerce and FMCG experience
- High computer literacy, integrated systems
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing
- CRM knowledge, proven sales target achievements
- Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
- Reliability, precision, ability to work independently
- English proficiency at a negotiation level.
