We are looking for Legal Consultant colleague, who would like to be part of our family-like international team.
You will be responsible for
- Provide expert legal advice on a variety of legal matters, including employment law, regulatory compliance, data protection and contract law.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support the company group needs and help build case strategies.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, including keeping contact with relevant authorities and external law firms.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company and provide proactive advice.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure comprehensive legal support.
- Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development of presentations/training material for internal teams on legal issues and best practices.
You are the right fit, if you have
- Hungarian law degree.
- Completed Hungarian bar exams.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a legal counsel or similar role (corporate in-house or law firm).
- Strong knowledge of employment law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail, keeping deadlines, strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
